HL-JLG Mobile Automatic Refining Tank

A mobile furnace-side unit that meters refining agent into the delivery line and uses nitrogen or argon as the carrier gas for injection into molten aluminum.

Process role
#

The unit supports a defined treatment, transfer, pouring, charging, handling or maintenance step around the main casting process.

HL-JLG combines powder storage, rotary metering, carrier-gas delivery and mobile furnace-side operation. Variable-frequency control adjusts the metering mechanism, while a low-pressure alarm indicates an abnormal carrier-gas condition.

Operating sequence
#

  1. Load refining agent into the stainless-steel vessel and confirm the delivery line.
  2. Establish the nitrogen or argon carrier gas and verify working pressure.
  3. Meter the powder through the variable-frequency rotary mechanism.
  4. Use the carrier gas to move powder through the line to the molten-aluminum treatment point.
