A mobile furnace-side unit that meters refining agent into the delivery line and uses nitrogen or argon as the carrier gas for injection into molten aluminum.
Process role#
The unit supports a defined treatment, transfer, pouring, charging, handling or maintenance step around the main casting process.
HL-JLG combines powder storage, rotary metering, carrier-gas delivery and mobile furnace-side operation. Variable-frequency control adjusts the metering mechanism, while a low-pressure alarm indicates an abnormal carrier-gas condition.
Operating sequence#
- Load refining agent into the stainless-steel vessel and confirm the delivery line.
- Establish the nitrogen or argon carrier gas and verify working pressure.
- Meter the powder through the variable-frequency rotary mechanism.
- Use the carrier gas to move powder through the line to the molten-aluminum treatment point.
Key technical data#
| Model and capacity | HL-JLG; 60 kg nominal capacity. |
|---|---|
| Construction and size | 304 stainless-steel construction; 630 × 490 × 1210 mm overall; approximately 112 kg. |
