Information we process#
When you send an inquiry, we process the details you provide, which may include your name, company, country or region, phone or WhatsApp number, WeChat ID, email address, equipment of interest, feedstock and current process, target output, capacity, workshop conditions and project description. The system also records the submission time, IP address, browser identifier, delivery outcome and necessary error details so that we can confirm delivery and prevent abuse.
When you visit the main website or online catalog, the server records the access time, IP address, requested page, HTTP status, transferred bytes, referring address and browser identifier. A local database on our server may derive an approximate country, region and city from the IP address. The IP address is not sent to a third-party geolocation API for this purpose.
